We’re planning for a phased reopening soon!

Based on the latest government guidance and feedback from a poll carried out with our visitors, Pennywell could soon be open again!

A phased reopening is planned and we have introduce enhanced health and safety measures for the safety of both our team and visitors.

One of the most important steps will be to reduce the capacity on site to comply with government guidelines. To ensure the safety of our team and visitors, tickets will only be available to book online in advance.

Although an official date for opening is yet to be released, it is likely to be the beginning of July. Things may look a little different for a while, but our number one priority is be making sure everyone remains safe.

Sunday 26th July..if you are open. We are looking to take our 3 grandchildren as they all have July birthdays and will be 1,2 and 3 plus families, so there will be 3 under 5s and five adults. We promised we would take everyone before lockdown happened so we have been looking forward to this for a long time!! I imagine tickets will be very popular so I have pre-register and I I have my fingers crossed.

      Hi Grace
Season tickets holders do need to book their sessions online and you will see that there is the facility to do this on the online booking page. It is due to the current restrictions on how many visitors we are allowed to have on site. Hopefully, we can return to something resembling normal before too long.

    Hi,

I see you’ve mentioned a phased return and limited bookings on the day tickets – what about the season ticket holders? Do we have to book over the telephone? Also I need to get the season ticket extended because of covid And recieve the free passes I was given again (I didn’t get to use them) please let me know thanks x

      Hi Denise
Apologies for the delay in replying to you. While we are restricted to numbers on site, season ticket holders do need to book their visits in advance for the time being. All members will have 105 days added to the membership for 2021 so nobody misses out on the time that we were closed. You will also be able to carry over your vouchers from this. Any other queries, drop us an email: [email protected]
